It's not specs what matter but the user experience..
The problem with the current generation is they rely more on the spec sheet of a phone rather than its actual performance.. First let me make it clear that it is the user experience what counts and not the spec sheet. Mostly the first timers who go to buy a phone just look at the specs on the companies page or on sites like GSM Arena or phone arena but don't realise that these sites do have a user review section also which can give you actual idea of how a phone is.
The trends among the youth is to buy a bigger and a powerful phone but they don't realise what they are actually buying are not phones but TVs (they are useful at times though, if you know what I mean ;). People should buy good phones with higher screen resolution and with a good phone camera.
The user's choice may vary but for the first timers who do not know what they are looking for, here I am.
One before buying a phone must obviously check out the specs but not totally rely on them. He should see what camera mega pixel count is (but it is not always that mega pixel defines a camera but it's sensor) then after checking it's various specs like RAM and CPU he should go for the user review section. They prove to be very useful as they make you realise what you were thinking as a plus point for the phone may actually turn out to be really bad for it for example you would like to go for a octacore 2 gHz and you find that your phone heats up too much.
This what you don't want. So what to do. You think more cores more performance and you are right to an extent but try quad cores with decent gHz count, see for Apple as an example..
Camera
Now second thing you want is a good camera. You know MP is not always that count it is just for high details. If you are getting a better quality for a lower MP count you should go for that..
SOFTWARE
Many companies try to sell their phones with the latest software at the time of launch and just forget to update them ones the phones are sold. But a good company is that which maintains it's after sale services and hence provide their product with regular software updates. It is not a problem with Apple users as their phones get regularly updated but for Android users it is a problem as many companies which sell their phone cheap they do not care about the updates but their are still companies like Motorola and Google which keep their devices up to date irrespective of the phones price tag.
After sale services
No matter how good phone you buy, it is prone to problems. So before you buy a phone you should always check on the companies after sale services through the existing customers.. {Learn from other's mistake}..
Buy whatever phone you like but after considering the blog UserMobi..
